Lindy Hop is an African American social dance that was born in Harlem, New York. Over time it has grown many off shoots which can been seen all over the word today.

Intermediate/Improver level ( some understanding of swing outs is what we mean )

Holly and Romayne are delighted to be delivering this jam packed 2 hour workshop. The session will consist of a hearty warm up, some drills and technique, a short routine and a lovely stretchy cool down. We will look at classic moves, along with some creative variations all the while playing with musicality and focussing on rhythm .
